Our hand-made Dinnie Rings are modeled directly from those found on the Rogue Replica Dinnie Stones used in sanctioned Strongman events and Rogue Record Breakers challenges.

First commissioned in 1998 by Gordon Dinniea distant descendant of the legendary Scottish Strongman Donald Dinniethe Replica Stones have slightly different ring specs than the original 19th century Dinnie Stones, but they are far from modern in design. With their notably non-uniform sizing, the rings offer athletes a unique option for grip strength training, with a wide range of potential attachments and ring lifting challenges.
