This adjustable roller attachment is compatible with any of the Rogue Reverse Hypers, and features a quick release design for easy transition to and from a strap attachment. The roller attachment targets the glutes, hamstrings, hips, spinal erectors and tractions out your back. The strap attachment emphasizes the glutes and hamstrings.
